Summer breezes are all around and the splashing in the pool has begun. Excited young ones run in and out of their one of a kind cabana filled with nautical treasures and ready for entertaining their invited guests.

Packed with design elements of the double front entry door with curved transom emitting daylight into the tile floored cottage, interior lighting and equipped with a ceiling fan, an original hand-painted wall art, Mediterranean tiled interior fireplace, serving counter complete with cabinets for storage, chairs for guests to enjoy the surroundings, and hurricane shutters with screen on windows to allow for the breezes to fill the space.

Outdoor entertaining under one of the trellises is easily accomplished by the pass-through shutter windows behind the counter or double doors leading to the terrace. This cottage has endless summer all over it!
