Power Up The Tower
Power Up The Tower is a vertical race up 888 stairs to the 40th floor of the Metropolitan Tower in downtown Little Rock. Climbers in this unique fitness challenge experience the only finish line reaching upward to 540 feet in the air in Arkansas' tallest building

Annual Christmas Campaign
Since 1907, the Arkansas Respiratory Health Association has been linked to the Christmas season. When volunteer Emily Bissell sold the first Christmas Seal in 1907 in Wilmington, Delaware, she began a grassroots fundraising effort that has continued on through each holiday season. This year, 50 volunteers from across Arkansas will join in that tradition for the Annual Christmas Campaign.
"Take A Breather" Gala
Each fall, the Arkansas Respiratory health Association honors individuals and foundations that have made strides in preventing or treating lung disease. The
“Take A Breather" Gala provides a formal and exciting experience that is completely unique.

Kids Kozy Kottages
Kids Kozy Kottages is a fundraiser featuring designer children's playhouses. The mini-houses are created by Arkansas' top architects, builders and interior designers and auctioned off at a cocktail party each spring.

Women's Lung Health Conference
Lung disease impacts women from all walks of life. Each year, the Arkansas Respiratory Health Association hosts the “Take a Breather” Women’s Lung Health Conference. Renowned speakers from the National Institutes of Health and Mayo Clinic have given key presentations on lung disease, smoking cessation, and chronic lung diseases.
